There are really not THAT many notes to learn on the guitar fretboard.

Guitar Fretboard Secrets is a course created with the purpose of helping students to memorize notes of the entire fretboard. In the featured video on this page you can take the Guitar Fretboard Self Test, which is taken from the course.

How the self test works is, that a note is shown on the screen and called out. You then play that note on strings 1 through 6 in turn and in time with a metronome. Then another note is called and you repeat the process.
